I think that is John Hargrave... the guy who used to host Computer Stew!! (That was a web show that used to be on ZNet.com). I loved that show... here is one of the better episodes: Software Piracy
hmmm... after seeing it again I'm not so sure. Oh well he's funny at any rate!
